This village lies on the border between Switzerland and France. On the other side there is a village called Les Verrières-de-Joux. The villages with almost identical names intrigue me. I visit both sides of the border to know the feelings of the inhabitants about the typicality of the place and their relationship with the other side. As a graphic designer, the visual aspect interpellated me. Daily actions such as buying a train ticket or sending a letter involve a confrontation with a colorimetric world that varies depending on the country where you are. I question myself and I compare those daily colorimetric differences on both sides of the border.
